Biography:

Holley Realty is a professional property management firm and full service real estate sales brokerage based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The business is owned and operated by Kevin D. Oswalt. Kevin is an investment real estate owner and is a graduate of WCTC with a degree in Property Management and Real Estate. He has over 18 years of experience in real estate management and sales. Kevin purchased Holley Realty in 1994. Since that time our company has grown more than eight fold.

Our Management Philosophy:

  • To be responsive to our clients, honor fiduciary relationships, and demonstrate integrity and diligence in management of property and financial affairs.
  • To focus on meeting the owners’ or investors’ financial objectives.
  • To provide a 24-hour answering service to insure that properties in our care are attended to promptly if an emergency occurs.
  • To have experienced personnel on call at all times with a complete vendor list of preferred contacts and telephone numbers for emergency response personnel.

    Real Estate Management:

    Holley Realty, Inc. presently manages properties in seven counties in the Southeastern Wisconsin area. Condominium management is by far the largest division, managing approximately 2600 condominium units. Holley also represents several individual real estate investors. The apartment management division manages approximately 425 residential apartment and commercial units.

    Financial Commitments to Service:

    Unlike many other property management firms, Holley Realty, Inc. has invested in computer software specifically designed for real estate management. A portion of this financial commitment is based upon the belief that it is best to keep client funds in separate accounts rather than commingling funds in a joint trust account. This allows property owners to physically see copies of their bank statements each month as they review the account summaries provided.
